Terms & Conditions


  1. Once you have selected a product or products that you wish to order from the Website, you will then be shown the charges you must pay including taxes, if applicable, and any applicable delivery charges.

  2. Customer shall pay for the order in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and online bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB Bank, Hong Leong and Public Bank. Please note that additional charges may be incurred if you are using a non-Malaysian issues card due to Foreign Exchange. The Company shall not be liable for any credit card fraud. Please note that we do not receive cash on delivery. All payments by cheque or others must be cleared prior to delivery or collection of goods.

  3. Full payment in respect of an order must be made upon placing of the order. If your payment cannot be processed, the order will not be accepted.

  4. We shall not be obliged to supply the product to you until we have accepted your order. An order shall be formed and we shall be legally bound to supply the product to you when we accept your order. Acceptance shall take place when we expressly accept your order by email to you, in the form of a document called a “Confirmation of Order” stating that we are accepting your order.

  5. All orders will be processed from Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on Monday to Friday after 12pm will be processed on the next working day. Orders placed on Weekends and Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  6. *Please allow orders to be delivered within 5 to 7 working days

  7. We are commited in delivering the best cookies to you. However, while using PosLaju, Pgeon, NinjaVan or even DHL it is expected to have a minor crumb as we cannot make sure how the delivery guy will handle the parcel. On our part, we will prepare the parcel with care to make sure you get the best from us. Although rare, we are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping provider



  1. You are not allowed to cancel the order once a Confirmation of Order is issued. All items paid is non-refundable.

  2. You shall examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. If you discover any obvious expired or different from what you have ordered inside the packaging after the delivery process, please contact our customer service info.cookiesvibe@gmail.com for further assistance.

  3. Exchange of the product can be arranged for the following reasons:

    • If the product is obviously expired at the time of delivery.

    • If the product is expired inside packaging after delivery; and you contact customer service within three (3) working days.

    • If the product ordered is different from the item delivered.

  4. We will inspect the returned product upon return by you. If one or more of the conditions in point no. 3 above is fulfilled, you are entitled to exchange of the product.

  5. The cancellation / refund will accepted in exchange for Cookies Vibe Store Credit only. Only products that are unaltered, and its original packaging can be returned/exchanged. Refer to point no. 3.

  6. Sale and markdown items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  7. We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.


We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by or resulting from acts of God, flood, accident, riot, fire, ware, strikes and other causes beyond our control.
